Hiking & mountainbiking

Hiking

Our campsite is located in a beautiful area that is perfect for hikers. It is the ideal place to relax. Seven local hiking trails start directly from the campsite. These trails take you through Consdorf and introduce you to the municipality and the surrounding nature.

You can also choose national walking trails, such as the Fred Welter route. This walk takes you through a fairytale landscape with impressive rock faces and narrow crevices.

The campsite is located about 200 metres from route 2 of the Mullerthal Trail. Since 2014, this trail has carried the ‘Leading Quality Trails – Best of Europe’ quality label, and with good reason! Here, you can walk through narrow gorges, dark caves, bizarre and fairytale rock formations, and enjoy beautiful views, surrounded by green nature and vast forests.

Every time you set out, you will discover something new and surprising. This place will continue to amaze you with its mysterious beauty.

Guided walks of approximately 6 kilometres are organised regularly in the summer. You will depart from the campsite reception. Make sure you bring sturdy shoes, a torch, something to drink and a picnic.
